Candidate for Town Board: Josh Plass

Josh Plass is a lifetime member of Columbia County, having been born in Stockport and moved to the Town of Taghkanic in 2016. Josh attended Ichabod Crane High School, where he graduated in 2005 and then went on to attend Hudson Valley Community College. Josh went on to work for Metro North Railroad where he is currently a Machine Operator. Josh previously worked for the Town of Stockport Highway for 4 years where he serviced the Town's vehicles and helped to maintain their roadways. Josh is currently a volunteer fireman with the Stockport Volunteer Fire Company, and has previously held the title of Chief within the department. Josh is currently on the Taghkanic Planning Board. Josh is actively involved in the community and frequently attends the monthly meetings. Josh wants to be on the Town Board in order to help improve the maintenance of the Town's roadways and machinery.
