The 2nd Annual South East Columbia County Repair Café will be held Saturday,
September 28 from 11 AM to 3 PM in the Copake Park Building at 305 Mt. View Road. The event is being organized the Roeliff Jansen Community Library.
A Repair Café is a gathering of neighbors helping neighbors mend and repair household items in the spirit of sustainability and mutual aid. A team of local “fixers" will repair clothing, lamps, bicycles, jewelry, and small appliances, and sharpen knives, all at no cost. If you are interested in sharing your repair skills as a volunteer fixer, email outreach@roejanlibrary.org or call the Library at 518 325-4101 for more information.
