The Columbia County Office for the Aging has been working hard to put together a survey to better determine the needs of seniors in our county. The information collected will play a big role in making sure programs, funding, and initiatives are directed where they're most needed. 

The survey is anonymous and if there are any questions you can't answer, you can skip them. In other words, you've got nothing to lose by clicking the link below and giving it a whirl!
