All Adults 16 and Older, and 6 months after 2nd Moderna or Pfizer shot, or 2 months after Janssen shot

THIS IS A MULTI-BRAND BOOSTER DOSE CLINIC FOR EITHER MODERNA, PFIZER, OR JOHNSON & JOHNSON. The clinic is open to individuals 16+
VERIFICATION OF YOUR PREVIOUS SHOTS WILL BE REQUIRED DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
Boosters are now available for 16-17 year old individuals for Pfizer boosters ONLY. You must be 18 years old or older to receive a Moderna or J&J booster.
MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR PREVIOUS VACCINATION CARD
Parking is available in the upper PAC building parking lot. There is a mandatory observation time of 15-30 mins after vaccination for everyone. Please plan accordingly. A mask will be required at all times. Please wear a short sleeve shirt under your outer garments.
