During the COVID-19 crisis and as things open up, BOS Chairman Matt Murell & Sheriff David Bartlett believe it's important to ensure that the free hand sanitizer provided by NYS is available to those municipal, private & non-profit companies and organizations within Columbia County, who need it.
WHO:
any municipal or private agency/organization who would like free NYS hand sanitizer
WHAT:
up to 2 cases (8 Gallons) of hand sanitizer per week based on the size and need of the organization. Small spray bottles of hand sanitizer will be available as provided by NYS.
WHEN:
Tuesday mornings
Thursday mornings
as long as NYS provides it...
9 a.m.- 12 noon
WHERE:
Public Safety Facility (PSF) parking lot
85 Industrial Tract, Hudson, NY 12534
Hand sanitizer will be handed out every week on Tuesday & Thursday mornings between 09:00AM - 12:00Noon, for as long as NYS provides it.
Individuals coming to the Public Safety Facility (PSF) for hand sanitizer should follow entrance signs and enter the north entrance (NYS DOT side) of the PSF parking area and drive to the white SHERIFF's utility trailer in front of the building, where Emergency Mngt members & Sheriff's Staff will give you the hand sanitizer. No request beforehand is required, only show up during the dates/times indicated.
A valid photo ID will be needed when picking up hand sanitizer.
