NOTICE: Taghkanic Town Board Monday, May 11, 2020 Meeting on Zoom
The Taghkanic Town Board will hold its May Town Board meeting on Monday, May 11, 2020 at 7P.M. using the Zoom videoconferencing program. The State has modified Open Meeting Law to allow official government meetings to be held by videoconference. All board or committee members must be able to see and hear each other and they must all be seen and heard by residents who wish to attend the meeting. Attendee questions and comments can be made using the “Chat” function for those joining by computer.
If you wish to attend the May 11 Town Board meeting, please send an email to joyce.thompson721@gmail.com by Noon on Sunday, May 10, 2020. You will be sent an invitation to the Zoom meeting. We are using this Registration method to assist in maintaining the “sign in” at our regular meetings.
Supervisor Skoda will attend and manage the Zoom meeting from Town Hall because there is no broadband in his home yet. Town Hall will be open. Please exercise required social distancing when attending in person. Thank you.
