NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF TAGHKANIC, COUNTY OF COLUMBIA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Taghkanic Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on July 10, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Taghkanic Town Hall, 909 Route 82, Taghkanic, New York 12502, regarding proposed Local Law Number 2 of 2023, which local law would provide real property tax exemptions to Volunteer Firefighters and Ambulance Workers pursuant to section 466-a of the Real Property Tax Law.

Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Taghkanic, 909 Route 82, Taghkanic, New York 12502.
