NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Taghkanic Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on November 9, 2026 at 7:15 p.m. at the Taghkanic Town Hall, 909 Route 82, Taghkanic, New York 12502, regarding proposed Local Law Number 3 of 2026, which local law would recognize and update the real property tax exemption authorized to be provided to a seriously disabled veteran as defined by Real Property Tax Law §458-a.

Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Taghkanic, 909 Route 82, Taghkanic, New York 12502.
