Thanks to Hwy Super Rob Burns and his Crew, Taghkanic residents can drop off their Christmas trees at the Town Garage for recycling through Sunday, January 8. There is a drop off area in front of the garage (located at 972 County Route 27).
Please put your tree in the area indicated with cones. There may or may not be staff available to assist you. Trees will be mulched, delivered and donated to Triform Camp Hill locations by the Highway Dept. A win for Triform and a win for Taghkanic, by reducing the environmental impact caused by burning trees or dumping them in landfills.
