Taghkanic Celebrating Earth Day

Fifteen of our fellow townspeople helped to celebrate Earth Day by collecting 21 bags of trash today along SR82 between the TSP and the town line at Taconic Orchards.  Lots of baked goodies to enjoy with the coffee setup graciously provided by Emma Rosenbush from the new Doves Diner.

Special thanks to William First of the NYSDOT for his ongoing support of this Community Cleanup, whose crew will collect the trash we collected early next week.
