NOTICE 

The Taghkanic Fire District Board of Commissioners will hold an organizational meeting followed by a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Taghkanic Fire House. 

The purpose of this annual organizational meeting is to appoint officers and approve membership, adopt policies and rules and regulations, and other key topics. 

The purpose of the regular meeting is to discuss our regular monthly review, ongoing matters, budget, and district operations. 

Members of the public are welcome to attend. There will be an opportunity for public comment as part of the agenda.
