The Taghkanic Fire District Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 25, at 6:30 p.m. at the Taghkanic Fire House, 631 Old Route 82, Taghkanic, NY.
The purpose of this public hearing is to provide “real property tax exemptions for volunteer firefighters and ambulance workers pursuant to §466-a and §466-1 of the Real Property Tax Law.”
All persons interested in commenting shall be heard at such time.
