Thanksgiving Meals for the Community
Last year the Taghkanic Free Fridge Volunteers provided a complete Thanksgiving dinner to over 100 of our neighbors, and we're going to do it again this year!
If you or someone you know could benefit from a complete Thanksgiving meal assembled by our amazing volunteers and funded by our incredible supporters - the Shared Plate Funding Circle and the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation, as well as many local residents, please sign up at the Fridge Pantry located behind Town Hall. Sign-up available through Monday, November 19th.
We'll distribute meals from 2:30-5pm on Tuesday, November 24th from Town Hall.
If you've wanted to get involved in community service, please consider joining our small but mighty group of local volunteers who shop and care for the free community fridge.
Contact Betsyalbertfortaghkanic@gmail.com if you want to volunteer or donate, or if you have any questions about the Thanksgiving meals.
