Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law: Notice is hereby given that the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Taghkanic is completed, and a copy may be viewed online at: https://realproperty.columbiacountyny.com/
Notice is hereby given that the Tentative Roll book can viewed in person for the Town of
Taghkanic at the Town Hall during the hours of:
5/8/25 Thursday 9:00am-11:00am
5/9/25 Friday 6:00pm – 8:00pm
5/15/25 Thursday 9:00am-11:00am
5/17/25 Saturday 9:00am-11:00am
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Taghkanic will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property at Taghkanic Town Hall during the hours of 4:00pm - 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025.
