Grant Funding for Accessory Dwelling Units in Taghkanic

Grant funding of up to $112,500 has recently become available to eligible homeowners in Taghkanic for the construction or renovation of code-compliant Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
An ADU is an additional unit on you property that is either attached to your home (like a basement apartment) or detached (like a converted garage or cottage). Below is an image of various types of ADUs.

Applicants must meet all program requirements, including owning and occupying a residential unit in the county where the ADU will be located (vacation or second homes cannot be considered). In addition, the household gross income (pre-tax) from all sources must not exceed the chart below.
